Wash care

Hand wash only unless specified otherwise. Steam iron for the best result. Do not use any type of bleach or stain removal chemicals. 

Disclaimer

Due to the nature of garment manufacturing and embellishment, slight variations may occur and are considered a normal part of the finishing process rather than defects.

Some items may have minor loose threads visible from the stitching process. These can easily be trimmed if necessary and do not affect the quality or wear of the garment.

For designs that feature heavy stonework or embellishments, garments undergo a pressing and crushing process during production. As a result, there may occasionally be slight fabric disturbance or subtle movement along seam joints or embellished areas. This is a normal outcome of the finishing process and does not affect the overall appearance, structure, or wearability of the abaya.

For items with glued embellishments or stonework, minor glue strings may sometimes be visible. These can easily be trimmed and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Complimentary items

All hijabs & slip dresses that come with our abayas are complimentary (free). If on the rare occasion a hijab or slip dress isn’t included in your order - it is not a fault or a defect, therefore your order will NOT be qualified for a partial refund on an item that is complimentary (free). Our complimentary items are simply a kind gesture from us to you to show our appreciation, and so you can avoid the hassle of having to match your own, because we want to make everyones modesty journey as easy as possible <3

Luxury Abayas

All of our luxury abayas are handmade with intricate embellishment, embroidery and stonework so please handle with care. 

Colour Variation

During the dyeing process for each batch the colour may vary ever so slightly due to using natural materials - colours cannot be replicated the exact same each time, this is not a fault or a defect. The difference is very small and not noticeable.
