Returns Policy

At We Are Elegance, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards across every order. Please read the following carefully before requesting a return. This policy has been updated as from 03/05/26.

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are only available to UK customers
  • A return request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order
  • All returns must be authorised before being sent back

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition and show no signs of wear whatsoever, including marks, stains, odours (such as perfume or deodorant), stretching, damage, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these standards will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Wear & Use

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or altered after delivery.

Any item returned in a condition different from how it was received will not be accepted.

Minor Imperfections

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all items are assessed based on what a reasonable person would consider satisfactory.

Please note:

  • Minor variations (such as loose threads, slight stitching differences, or small bead irregularities) are part of normal manufacturing
  • These do not affect the overall wear or appearance of the item
  • Returns will not be accepted for minor imperfections that fall within reasonable quality standards

Fees & Shipping

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns must be sent using a tracked service
  • Proof of postage must be kept until your return is processed

What to Include

Please include the following inside your parcel:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name

Failure to include this may result in delays or rejection.

Returns Process

  1. Email weareelegance@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your order
  2. Wait for return authorisation
  3. Send your item back using a tracked service
  4. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed in line with this policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet our policy
  • Decline refunds for items showing any signs of wear or use
